Without any twist or turns, a straightaway answer is NO!

Evenif you are a resident of delhi, then also ther's no chance with this percentile. Even the cutoff of Biotech is way higher than your score.

With this percentile niether DTU nor NSIT will be available. For a piece of Suggestion: You may try for the private colleges of West bengal or bangalore.
