Sir i got 72 rank in tspgcet pharmacy stream.Can i get seat in OU.I belong to OC category.

With your rank 72 is TSPGECET and you belonging to OC category your rank would come around 2300 to 2500 whereas to get a seat in OUI in Pharmacy stream you require a rank of around 1000 or less. You as you can see there is less to no chance for you to get Pharmacy stream in OUI. I would suggest you choose some other college to get Pharmacy. I hope it helped
