sir i got 73.8% in cbse board exam 2017 and i score 110 and i decided to give exam of 12th from up board but i give cbse from jharkhand ?

It doesn't matter. You can appear for JEE Main through UP board. You can check further eligibility criteria of JEE Main with given below link.
