I cannot say exactly that you can get admission by merit but there is another way that you can get admission.



As you know that du cutoff start from 99 percent so there is also entrance test of du where you can perform well and get admission.

Getting seat in DU a lot depends on the course for which you are looking to study for. To be honest 75% is something very less marks to avail the seat on the merit base but DU also conduct entrance base admission. You may also get seat with your percentage in the last round of counselling, if you are lucky enough. Some factors like category, highest marks of students may variate cutoff.
