As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 246089 - 175204. There is no chance that you can get any NIT on your rank because the cutoff rank for any NIT last year was below around 98-99 percentile on your desired branch. but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
