you got a rank of 78k in ts eamcet.you are even telling that a BCB category rank. although you have a NCC A certificate i dont think it helps you very much to get a seat in top universities in telangana. but very few colleges offers you a NCC quota under which you can get into a telangana eamcet college under no need of rank.i hope this helps.
