sir I got 83% Ile in jee mains mains and my crl rank 157000 and category (obc) rank is 48000 .i am from utter Pradesh which college got this rank

According to your rank It's very difficult to get an NIT but you can try for NITs in CSAB Round (Spot Round).
In Uttar Pradesh you can get seat at HBTU Kanpur which is a good GFTI. At Hbtu you can get Electrical Engg. ,Electronics Engg. etc.
