There is the University of Delhi , New Delhi it has a number of colleges which are affiliated to it but the cutoffs of these colleges for the general cateogory students is very high more than 95  percent in class 12th boards for admissions to the North campus colleges and More than 90 percent for admissions to the South campus colleges of the Delhi university . There are other universities which do conduct entrance examinations for it's various undergraduate examinations.

1.Jamia MIllia Islamia University , New Delhi

It is one of the best options you have even if you don't had maths in your class 12th boards. The unieversity was ranked 12th by the NIRF rankings 2019 . And is a great place to study in.

2.Aligarh Muslim University , Aligarh

3. Banara Hindu University , Varansi

You can apply to each of these universities for appering for their entrance test and reach out to us for further help regarding admissions procedure/application form/important dates etc.Please follow up and fill the application forms.

There are many good colleges in which you can take admission through through your HSC marks but cutoff marks vary according to colleges.
