You are eligible to get a seat in NIT

But, there wil be less chances to get the branches like CSE, ECE, EEE, etc.,

Also, it may be not possible to get NIT of your choice, you should go with what you get.

It will be more clear if you mention your state of domicile.

You may have more chances under your home state quota

All the answer does not depend on home state quota.

You secured 85.19 percentile in the JEE MAINS examination it is very good and also you secured 7502 rank in the reservation category rank so you can have a chance of getting into the northren NITs such as agartala,arunachal pradesh,Harimpur,Puducherry,Meghalaya,Sikkim,Mizoram,silchar,Srinagar do well in the further

This is infact a good rank. You will surely get a seat in good NITs. as you are an SC  there is an added advantage as the cut-off marks is lower. thus you will get a seat in NIT. I will personally suggest you to work for jee advanced as your rank is good.
