Sir I got 86 Percentile in jee main and IAM general category student I got 80 percent in 12 class through ISC board and my home state is up

Hello,

As per your percentile your predicted rank is above 10k. So it will be better is you apply for government colleges along with any reservation like state quota or any other available. you will get an admission but it is not 100% sure. So along with the government college give option for any private college from your domicile which is suitabel for you and assured that you wil get an admission.
