Hello Kontham Madhavi,

At an NTA Score (percentile) of 86, your common rank list (CRL) should be approximately be in the range of 1,20,000 to 1,30,000

Now at this rank segment, it is almost impossible for a general category student to get an NIT whether he has a EWS certificate or not. Hope that answers your question.
