You have scored a good percentile but unfortunately for a General EWS student, it is not that good that it can get NITs or IIITs unless and until you are from Northeast states. I mean unless your homestate is Tripura, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh and other Northeast states.

Now if we try to find out your category rank which is GEN-EWS in your case then by looking at some previous years General rank vs GEN-EWS rank, we can say that it will be somewhere around 15000.
Now on this rank there is rare chance that you will get any seat during JOSAA counseling but you can fight for CSAB round as there is chance of magic in that round.

Unfortunately not because according to the mentioned percentile your EWS rank is expected to be in the range of 20000-21000 and with such rank and category it is very difficult to get any of the good NITs/IIIT until you deserves Home state quota for any of the north-eastern states like Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland and likewise, because they generally have closing cut-off around 20000+ for Home state candidates.
