Dude in open councelling they don't consider any kind of reservations, all are equal

Hi,
If you are from general category then no chances at your rank. YMCA closing rank for the lowest branches is 43k & you are asking for CS or ECE, which is closed at 16k & 30k (those are based on previous years cutoffs).

And what about open councelling, coz one of my friend got ECE in ymca for 100000 rank
Look if he or she got in special rounds, then nothing can say about this or he/she might be from reserved category.
