Hello learner,
IITs and NITs offers several Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral courses for students who wish to built a premier career in the field of Engineering.
JEE Mains is the gatepass for the students, who wish to join NITs and the Candidates who has secured top marks, fixed to a margin, for an instance around 2,50,000 candidates who has secured top ranks in JEE Mains will be qualified for writing JEE Advanced. Only JEE Advanced decides, whether you're an eligible candidate for getting into IITs.
So, having your JEE percentile, you can try for NITs and IIITs but you can't aim at IITs, where you'll need JEE Advanced qualification.

Hello Dear,
To get seat in IIT , board percentage is not the deciding factor . It depends on the cut off you get . The marks in jee main should be more than 220 out of 360 to get into IIT's .And it also depend on the rank you get , on the basis of how many students have appeared the exam and the category they belongs to .
I think you have chances of getting IIT seat only if you have good score .
