Hello Aspirant,
Congratulations on performing great in JEE Mains 2019.
Considering you in OBC category you can't get good NITs. Least preferred branch in North Eastern NITs are the most probable chances for you.
You can get selected into some good IIITs but, you have only two branches.
You can get Good GFTIs which are also nice colleges present in the whole country.
Following are some GFTIs in which can be selected at the given rank:
- Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal, Punjab
- Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishawavidyalaya, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
- Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Hello,
The admission authority will release the cutoff for top B.Tech branches of NITs for the admission of candidates in different NITs through JEE Main.
Factors determining the NITs cutoff for top B.Tech branches
- Total number of applications received for the admission in the institute
- Total number of candidates appearing for the JEE Main exam
- Number of B.Tech seats available
- The difficulty level of the JEE Main 2019 exam
- Previous years’ cutoff trends
I would suggest you visit the careers360's link given below for detailed info of the cutoff
