Your percentile score is good.!
To get a seat in any of the NITs -your percentile should be minimum 98+ %ile. And below this percentile, there are 50-50 chances of admission in NIT and that too in lower branches. It mainly depends on the cutoff percentile and that will be released by NTA after the April session exam of JEE Mains. The different NITs will also release their respective cutoffs for admission. So you will have to wait for now.

A percentile around 93.45 may get you a General rank around 70-90k. It is very difficult for you to get top to mediocre level NITs/IIITs/GFTIs
Wait till the end of the counselling process or the spot round. The probability of getting an average NIT will be there if you go till the spot round.
At least you will definitely get some GFTIs. But I'll suggest you to wait till the end because you may get a better college then.
