Let me mention that JNU doesnot have mechanical branch.

And for CSE and ECE the cutoff in 2018 for your category was about 8k and 9.5k respectively. so, if we consider that as a deciding criteria then you are not qualifying for the jnu with a 14k rank.

But there are special rounds conducted for the left over seats where you can take a chance, the cutoff for this round was 30k in 2018.

so stay updated.
