Getting a score of 95.8 percentile in the JEE mains you can expect to get admission into NIT Patna, NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Meghalaya and the colleges in the ranking order below these.YOU can also try got NIT Raipur for the same course because we cannot predict the same for all the years. Congrats for this score but if you make your choice slim only to CSE then there you might face certain oriblem in getting some NITs. 

See, first I should make it clear that for CSE, there's no chance of you in Top NITs. I think you should try for the NITs of your state. There you may get CSE. 

On the other hand, you may try for IT in many other colleges too which are not NIT but no less than that. For example: IIEST shibpur, IIIT Bhubneshwar.

You may try for the branch of computer engineering in IIIT Bbsr. 

I am telling these because getting into these colleges would be a better option than going into newer NITs like NIT uttrakhand, NIT mizoram and all, where you would get CSE for sure.

Final opinion:

Try for Computer rekated branches in your home state NITs.
