If you have qualified in AP EAPCET you can participate in AP EAPCET Counselling. And if you are allotted a seat in AP EAPCET based on your AP EAPCET score you need to pay the tuition fee which is specified by the college at the time of self-reporting. If you cancel the admission within the cut off date the tuition fee will be refunded. The cut off date will be given in the AP EAPCET notification. As of now the notification for AP EAPCET is not yet released. It will be released soon. Please keep an eye on updates.
