sir I got 97.9 percentile in January jee main and my caste is OBC so sir I can apply for nit or not

Hello Shreyash,
According to your percentile your rank will be around 25000-30000. You should participate in JOSAA counselling 2020 because according to previous year scenarios you can get NIT not top ones but moderate one like NIT Warangal, NIT Goa, NIT Surathakal, etc.
You have advantage of your reservation category so go for it.
