With this much score of 98 percentile in jee mains examination you can get the top nits from the OBC category. Some of the colleges that you can get are:
NIT Trichy ( if you are lucky )
NIT kurukshetra
NIT Calicut
NIT Surat
NIT Jsr
NIT Allahabad and Jaipur, etc.
