Sir , I got AIIMS Patna in 2nd round . I wish to move for 3rd round . Do I need to report Patna? Or just email the offer letter?

Hello Abhimanyu. You can just float the college after the second round and you can easily move to the third round. When you are sure with any college and want to take admission in it you can freeze else float if you wish to move further with the cap rounds. Hope it helps. Good luck.
