Yes, if your marks and rank are worthy of getting a seat you surely will! If you are preferring MBBS Private Colleges, while choice filling make sure the first few colleges are private medical colleges providing MBBS course. Since, you have been alloted a seat, it is completely your choice to either visit the alloted college, complete the admission formalities and apply for an upgradation or you can simply not go to the college and directly apply for the second round.
