Dropping or cancelling your admission after 2 months means forgoing the entire tution fees that you pay for the first year, and also ending up paying the entire course fees because the College is losing out on a potential candidate for the entire duration of the course. Instead if you do not join the College, you will only lose the security deposit which is far less when compared to the tution fees. And instead of canceling your admission, you can join the college and still appear for NEET next year after preparing this whole year. And then you can take TC which is also less costly.

TC is transfer certificate that the college gives you at the time of leaving the college.

You will loae all your tution fees. You wont have a valid gap year certificate.

No. You will need all original documents for KEA document vetification. TC is just one among them
