Analysing the previous year data, you have very low chances of getting into any NIT even under the Home State quota. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges with this percentile.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs with CSE branch as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
