Your question is a bit vague you have not mentioned your state category
But still I will reply to your concern according to what I was able to comprehend
If you got 162.5 marks in your JEE mains
It is a very good score and your rank will be close to 15000 which is very good to get good NIT's
Every NIT will offer you something so go ahead and decide your trade and attend counselling
