Hello Aspirant,
According to the percentile you have mentioned your OBC rank is expected to be in the range of 26000-28000 , you can check out marks Vs CRL ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
Or
You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-
So on such rank and category you have good chances to get the enlisted NITs only if you deserve Home state quota for them :-
- Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar - Electronics and Communication Engineering (26314)
- National Institute of Technology Durgapur - Chemical Engineering (34195)
- National Institute of Technology Durgapur - Bio Technology (46604)
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2021 result :-

Hi
Your profile suggests that your home state is AP. I am assuming that you belong to general category.
With 89.76 percentile
-
Your rank will be around 104755 - 117760 as per our rank predictor at
I am sorry to tell you but with this rank you have low chances in any NIT, even in lower ones.
For example,
Cosing rank for some of the nits for which closing rank goes low are listed below along with their closing rank in the 6th round of josaa counselling 2020 under other state for general category :-
-
National Institute of Technology Sikkim, Civil Engineering :- 47412
-
National Institute of Technology, Mizoram, Civil Engineering:- 49757
-
National Institute of Technology Agartala, Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering :- 50,010
You can check the same at
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
From above, it is clear that you need at least a rank of around 45,000 - 50,000 to get into even lower NITs. And to get a rank in this range, you need at atleast around 95.5 - 96 percentile .

ThankyouHi
You edited your question and added the OBC part while I was writing and posted my answer, Anyway
your obc rank will be around 30,000.
with this rank you have chances to get NIT only if you have home state quota in Northeastern NITs like NIT Nagalnd,Sikkim meghalaya etc
But your profile suggest that you are from Andhra Pradesh so I am assuming that you have done your 12th from Andhra Pradesh itself so it will be your home state .
Now,
under other state quota even to get lower NITs, you need at least 15000 OBC rank.
For example,
Under other state quota , closing rank for some of the nits for which closing rank goes low are listed below along with their closing rank in the 6th round of josaa counselling 2020 for obc category :-
NIT Mizoram ,civil engineering :-14730 obc rank
Nit nagaland ,Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology) :- 15340 obc rank
National Institute of Technology AgartalaProduction Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology :- 15659 obc rank
