Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get SJCE with this rank for ECE, though you belong to 2A category. Previous year the cutoff for ECE in SJCE for 2A category was 7,178. This year it will definitely reduce. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
