The Gokaraju Gangaraju institute of technology is taking admission via EAMCET. there is no official declarement that the institute is giving seat through JEE. the institiute is not going to give admission through JEE percentile as official.

So wait for the EAMCET results to catch out seat in the institute you deserve

For the seat in ECE the student of general category must have rank landing between 4000 to 6000k.

since your rank is between 15 to 18k its better to change your mode of interest towards ECE or to reapply for your mains exam and by scoring well you can get seat in the respective college.
