Based on your score and considering you in general category its is not possible for you to get into any government colleges for MBBS. You can try for private or deemed universities but this will require to register on MCC website and thet state wise registration for colleges you want to apply for. Government colleges have high cutoff and you need to have rank above 20000.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but as per previous year Trends with 150 marks you cannot get a seat in any government medical college
For example,
in neet 2019, 539 marks for general category was the lowest mark to get a mbbs seat in Government Medical College, under Maharashtra State quota and it was for Government Medical College and Hospital, Gondia
