sir i got midnapore medical college best bengal in AIQ in 2nd round should i join or go for state qouta seats in 2nd round UP.

Hi shubham,
Although the all India quota seat will be good. You are ranked all over the India and then got it. So you should go for it. But do check that college reviews which you are going to join in West Bengal.
Otherwise if you want to stay at less distance to your home then you can go for up state second round counselling.

sir my no. are 584 and AIR is 11873 and UP rank is 1582 should i get college in UP in 2nd round.
