So as per your rank mentioned above in JEE paper-2 ,is is well for you that you may get a seat in a lower grade NITs or GFTIs. These include
NIT PATNA
BIT Mesra
MIZORAM UNIV.
It is advised to you to kindly look into NIT Patna as their cutoff usually lie between 3600-3900(as per previous trends).
However, it would be better if you could
provide your home state
since there may be a benefit in some of the NITs which offer lower cutoffs for their homestate .,like
NIT JAIPUR
NIT HAMIRPUR
NIT RAIPUR.
