You are definitely eligible as 50% is the eligibility criteria. However getting into the IIMs with this academic record is going to be extremely tough. However there are several other good colleges you can get.

Mayank have you given CAt'17 or you are planning to give CAT'18?

Assuming you are planning to give CAT'18 and you score very high percentile like 98+ then of course you will be eligible for many other IIMs but not for IIM Indore because IIM Indore is the only IIM which gives way more weightage to 1oth, 12th and graduation percentage which is even more than the weightage given to CAT marks while making the merit list to call student for the second round of WAT and interview.

Anyway, don't be concerned about IIM Indore only. If you are able to score a very high percentile then you will have a good chance of getting a call from many other good IIMs and with a decent interview & WAT, you could confirm your admission.
