I am afraid to say, at this rank, even after using OBC quota, it will not be possible to get any of the PSUs because most of the hiring closes at the rank of 150-200. Not beyond that.

But, this year many PSUs have good number of openings, I would suggest to go on the link below and check which PSUs you are eligible for and what are the cutoff marks for each one.

However, you can go for higher studies, you have decent chances of getting an old IIT for M.Tech/M.S. program. Some of the IITs conducts interview for these courses, you have to log on the common councelling portal (CCMT), and fill up the requied choices.
