You haven't mentioned your preferred branch along with your query. It would be better if you would comment down below your preferred branch so that I can help you further.


Now, if  have to give a more generalised answer then based on the cutoffs of previous years, I would say that if you are planning to go for Environmental engg, Heat transfer in energy systems, computer networks, industrial metullargy, marine engg or remote sensing, then you might be able to get a seat in AU. If not then you might have to try again the next year.

Again you cannot take admissiom using your 2017 GATE SCORE. You need to have the 2019 grade card and if you haven't given GATE this year then you will have to go for it in the next year.
