sir i got seat in ayush round 1 counselling tealanga and i took admission in that clg But i did not partiscipated in round 2 now i want to change my clg can i elgible for mop up round

No, now you cannot appear for mop-up round now even if you resign your seat with full forfeiture of your deposited amount in the college that you have joined in round 1. This is because you had neither applied for upgradation nor you left the seat vacant if you had to participate in the future rounds then you should have applied for an upgradation or should not join that seat and now as you already has joined the seat in round 1st so you are no more eligible for any other round of any state's counselling.
