sir i got seat in first counseling I gave all certificates and admission fees and will i didn't cancel the first alloment seat and i have chance to participate in second sir please tell me

You have not mentioned regarding which counselling your query is about. If your query is about TS EAMCET counselling then yes you will be able to participate in the second phase of counselling but if you get a seat in the second phase of counselling then you will automatically loose the seat you got in the first phase, So if you select a college that is not good in the web options and end up getting a seat in that college then you will have to loose your current seat. Make sure you choose the college you like and good colleges in the second phase.
