Sir I got seat in Gfit in second round. I have chossed float option if I get seat in third round also then should I report again?

If you get a seat in any NIT, IIIT, GFTI which is called NIT+ system then you don't need to report again. However if you get a seat in IIT, you will have to report at a centre designated as IIT reporting center. Otherwise in case your seat is alloted in NIT+ system only, you don't need to report again. The float option will be applicable untill you need to freeze your seat and opt outBB of counselling. Most students do that around 6th round or 7th round. Your seat will remain same if it is not upgraded and you don't need to do anything until you opt out of counselling. I hope it helps feel free to comment down for further. Congratulations. Yes if you want to opt for Float/Freeze in the consecutive round of JOSAA Counseling you have to report at the RC. If you are accepting the seat than you have to give the undertaking and do the admission process. Good Luck.
