IIIT Manipur is excellent institution fo further studies. But I would prefer you to go for special round . If you have an oppurtunity to get a better college you shouldn't miss it. If you are not satisfied with the result of your special round you can go with IIIT Manipur. But you shouldn't miss the oppurtunity. All the best
