This might not get solved now as candidates has got their admit cads now. The process is completed now. If it is showing the error message then you cant move forward. You have to apply again in the april session. You should have give a clear image. why you gave a image which would create a problem.

Dont repeat the mistake again and do it correctly in the coming session. For now try to write a mail writing your issue and ask for a solution. They may or may not consider it but write it.

For now just prepare and give your 100%. If you are not allowed for january session then don't get sad. you will do your best in april time. in any way one will be considered from both if anyone gives both.

So don't worry. stay calm and keep on preparing. whatever be the reason don't get diverted from your studies. This is most important time for you. don't waste it in any way.  You might be feeling bad but that will only harm you and waste your time.

You only think. what you want to do. Think and choose to study which will benefit you.
