See.any NCERT based books will help you in NEET..be it the one you mentioned or the studymat provided by Aakash and Allen...
What will help you most is writing things in a copy..making notes on important topics like zoology..genetics..botany..helps at times..the life cycles..the classifications..the class characteristics..
And regular revision and time bound exam practise..they are absolute key to success in NEET..All the best

It is a good book for the preparation but firstly I would suggest you to prepare with NCERT books as it will help you to build your concept then refer other books.
Other books you can prefer:
CHEMISTRY
- Physical Chemistry by O.P. Tandon for objectives
- Modern’s ABC of Chemistry for class 11th and 12th.
BIOLOGY
- NCERT class 11th and class 12 th
- Dr. Ali for objective questions on NCERT
PHYSICS
- H.C. Verma for concepts clearance
