Although you have bagged a great rank in TS EAMCET, it is not as good for having a full fee reimbursement. but you can always work hard in college and score a good CGPA so then the college will reimburse you with some amount of money depending on the college.

Yes, As you havr qualified the exam you ate eligible to get the fee reimbursement. But if your father or mother is a government employee then you won't get the fee reimbursement. Your rank is 10,761 so you will get a fee reimbursement of around 35,000. You have to pay the remaining amount. You won't get the free seat. If your rank is below 10K you would have got the free seat without any fee.
