Sir, i had done +2 Non-Medical 57% after that i had done 3 years polytechnic diploma in Computer Engineering with 60% marks now

I think you are totally confused with what you want to do.If you have done polytechnic in CS then why you are doing B.A.This is irrelevant.NIMCET is common intrance entrance test for taking MCA courses in NIT.By visiting the link given below you can check the details of NIMCET.

The eligibility criteria of NIMCET is:
Nationality: Indian
Education: B.Sc/B.Sc(Hons.)/BCA/BIT of minimum 3years with maths or statistics or B.E/B.Tech .Students from open university are also eligible.
Percentage: for General /OBC candidate minimum 60% marks or 6.5 in scale of 10.For SC/ST minimum 55% or 6.0 in scale of 10 is required.
Passing year must not be later than 2019.
B.A students are not eligible neither Diploma students.
