Dear student,

To get hold of the seat you have got in the round one of counselling you have the option of freeze. That allows you to hold the seat for further round of counselling.

And if you had already taken admission in a college and want to leave the college as you have got the better college than that then you can definitely do that and you will get the whole fees back other than the registration fee you paid for the counselling that will be subtracted form the college fee directly by the counselling authority.

Hope this helps you!
