sir i had scored 540 in neet and i m from punjab general category can i get semi gov seat in punjab

Hi,
Your score is nice and as far as I know you can get a good seat too. It will depend on your state rank and whether that rank matches with the rank range of different colleges. Wait for the counselling and see what they offer you. Although this year marks have risen but your score is nice. Just hope for the best.
