Yes you are eligible. Citizen of Karnataka or candidates who have studied in Karnataka can avail separate KCET Reservation. The minimum age to apply for the exam is 17 years.
However, general eligibity criteria is:
( a) B. Tech
Candidates must be a citizen of India
Candidates must have passed 2nd PUC/Class 12/equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects
Along with the compulsory subjects, candidates must have anyone optional subjects - Biology/Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Electronics/Computer Science with a language subject English
General candidates must obtain a minimum of 45% and reserved candidates must have secured 40% in the case of Category-1 and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) SC, ST
