Hello Aspirant,
See as per your profile it seems that you are asking about NEET UG, if not then kindly correct me in the comment section below.
Unfortunately on such score you might not be able to qualify NEET UG and even after considering your SC category you have very less chances to even qualify NEET UG 2022 and one should have qualified NEET UG to be eligible for admission but with the NEET UG score that you have mentioned would not be make you qualifying for NEET UG but still kindly wait for the cut-offs because it will be released along with the NEET UG result which is expected in the very first week of August 2022.
For your reference, the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are mentioned below :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks
You can check out complete details regarding NEET qualifying cut-offs from the link given below :-

Now without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.
So on such marks and category I would recommend you to take a drop and prepare for NEET 2023 and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
