sir i have 18k rank in ipu cet,can i get any college,or how can i take seat through management quota?

your rank is really high as per he requirements of the good college so if you want admision in college through management quota so i will suggest you that directly contact into college for management quota they will explain you better about this .

Sorry to say but your rank is quite high so you are not able to get a good college.
But don't worry you can take admission through management quota, just you have to go to the website of your preffered college and check their admission procedure, you can also call them for management quota seats.
