Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a good govt. Mbbs college. So, with 410 marks, if you are a general candidate than there is very less chance of getting a govt. Mbbs seat under state quota too. Although, you can also go for bams and bhms course with these marks. You can also use college predictor through this link:

As per previous year cutoff it seems less chance to get into government college. But the cutoff various from categories, number of applications, seat and quotes of all India as well as state. However, you have a chance to get into deemed university or private college. You can check in the NEET predictor tool.

The cut off vary every year for the medical college, it seems quite difficult to get any government college for MBBS if you belong to general category. Also it depends on the state cut off. You can try for BDS.
