You haven't mentioned your category. However, I am considering you as an UR candidate.
Last year, the admission cut-off for BDS in government dental college in UP was 522 for UR candidates. If the same trend continues this year too, then I am afraid your chances to get a seat is very difficult. Infact, this year the cut offs have gone very high, so getting a seat even in a mop up round will be difficult.
You can try out for the private colleges.

if you belong to unreserved category then you wont get a bds seat but if you have a category then we have to check for that. so need to know your category first.
